OUR MISSION
The mission of the Lanier Family Foundation is to provide access to opportunity, primarily by fostering an effective and collaborative educational environment so that children and youth can reach their potential to lead lives of self-determination and become thriving community members.
Our world is changing fast. Everyone has a role to play in ensuring Atlanta's young people are equipped with the education, confidence and care necessary to contribute to a bright future.
Since 1963, the Lanier Family Foundation has had the privilege of supporting a wide range of mission-driven organizations in metro Atlanta. Today, the Lanier Family Foundation funds and collaborates with organizations expanding and enhancing literacy instruction, afterschool and summer programs, and college and career readiness for our city's K-12 students.
